Texas commission on environmental quality required notices

All new customers must fill out the application and service agreement. If they wish to have their monthly bill autodrafted on the 15th of each month, they must also fill out the bank draft authorization form and return to City Hall along with new deposit.

Existing Customers: If you already have an account with us and would like your bill autodrafted, please fill out and return the bank authorization form and return it to City Hall.
